2. What data we process, and why
2.1 When you ask us to contact you
If you fill in the contact form on the site, we process your name, your company, your email address, your phone number and the description of the task that you write yourself. If you choose what we can help with and a budget, we also process those choices. If you ask about a specific creator via “Book”, we store which creator your enquiry is about.
Purpose: to contact you and advise you on your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries from potential clients and partners, Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If we enter into an agreement, we continue to process the data in order to fulfil the agreement, Article 6(1)(b).
2.2 When you apply to become a creator
If you apply through “Become a creator”, we process your first name and surname, your email address, your phone number, your date of birth and your profiles on Instagram and TikTok.
Purpose: to assess your application, contact you and assess whether there is a basis for a collaboration. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by submitting the application, Article 6(1)(a), and our legitimate interest in running and developing our creator network, Article 6(1)(f).
2.3 When you sign up for our newsletter
If you sign up for the newsletter, we process your email address.
Purpose: to send you our newsletter. Legal basis: your consent, Article 6(1)(a), and section 10 of the Danish Marketing Practices Act (markedsføringsloven).
You can unsubscribe again at any time. You do this via the link at the bottom of every newsletter or by writing to hello@mickycreatives.com. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place before.
2.4 When you visit mickycreatives.com
We use cookies and similar technologies. You can read more about this in section 7.
3. We only collect what you give us
Apart from cookies, we only process the data you give us yourself in a form, by email or by phone. We do not buy personal data, we do not collect profiles from third parties for marketing, and we do not add creators to our systems until they have contacted us themselves.
4. Who processes the data for us
We do not pass your data on to others who use it for their own purposes. We use suppliers who process data on our instructions, and we enter into data processing agreements with them:
When we work on a specific campaign, it may be necessary to share relevant data with the creator or the client the campaign concerns. This only happens to the extent necessary to carry out the collaboration.
5. Transfers to countries outside the EU and EEA
Vercel, Supabase, Google and Resend are American companies. Our database is located in the EU, but in certain cases the suppliers may process data in the USA. The transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision for companies certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or on the basis of the Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can get a copy of the transfer basis by writing to us.
6. How long we keep the data
We keep your data for as long as there is a legitimate purpose for doing so, and then delete it.
