The content is built on what we work with every day as an agency: TikTok, Instagram, content and creators. The goal is always that participants leave with something they can use straight away.
What do you get out of a social media talk?
We don't give talks on theory. We give them on something we work with every day. For us, it's not about explaining how things ought to be. It's about showing what actually works in practice.
Everything we teach has one thing in common: it has to be practical, and it has to be usable. If participants can't take something home and use it in their day-to-day work, it doesn't really have much value.
After a talk or a programme with us, participants typically leave with:
- an up-to-date picture of what's happening on social media right now
- concrete content ideas and formats that work
- an understanding of how platforms such as TikTok and Instagram reward content
- ways to work with content in a structured way day to day
- examples from real campaigns they can relate to
Talk, keynote or training programme?
We do both one-off talks and longer training programmes. What suits you best depends on what you want to achieve and how much time you have.
Gives inspiration and fresh perspectives. Well suited to conferences, events, staff meetings and partners who want an insight into how social media and creators work today.
Goes in depth and gives you concrete tools. Here we work in a structured way over several modules or a full day, and participants get started producing and evaluating content themselves.
The goal is the same whatever the format: to make social media understandable and usable. Some start with an inspirational talk and build on it with a programme once they can see where they want to go.
We also give inspirational talks for existing partners, where we offer an insight into how we work and what a partnership can look like. If you'd rather have ongoing input than a full programme, read about our consulting.

Who do we give talks and keynotes for?
We have given talks for many different types of organisations and companies – from educational institutions to larger businesses.
Standing in front of students is very different from standing in front of a marketing team or a company that doesn't work with social media day to day.
That's why we always tailor the level, examples, cases and exercises to the audience.
Marketing teams
Teams who already work with social media but want to sharpen their approach to content, creators and strategy.
Companies and industries
For example, estate agents who want to use social media actively in their sales work, not just as something they "also do".
Schools and students
Students who will be working with social media. Among others, we've given talks at Zealand Business College.
Organisations
We've delivered talks and training for organisations such as Fagbevægelsens Hovedorganisation, the Danish trade union confederation, and the children's charity Børns Vilkår.
Events and conferences
We've spoken at Influenced 2025 and at Mæglerakademiet's SoMe Awardshow.
Partners
Inspirational talks for brands and partners who want to understand how we work with creators and campaigns.
Topics: what can social media training cover?
We can cover a wide range of topics, depending on what you need. Typically we put together a talk or a programme from these areas:
- What's happening on social media right now, such as TikTok trends and new formats
- How to produce content in practice, from idea to finished video
- How to build a social media strategy
- How to work with creators and campaigns, and what influencer marketing really is
- What UGC is, and when it makes sense
- How to feel comfortable in front of the camera
- How to evaluate and optimise your content
We can also take a more hands-on approach and work directly with participants' own content. That's often where the biggest lightbulb moments happen, because participants can see the difference in their own videos before and after.
Example: a 3-month programme for Fagbevægelsens Hovedorganisation
We ran a 3-month social media training programme for Fagbevægelsens Hovedorganisation, the Danish trade union confederation. We put together a programme of 6 modules, with the aim of enabling participants to work with social media content themselves.
Among other things, we worked on:
- how to produce content in practice
- how to feel comfortable in front of the camera
- how to build confidence in your content
- how to evaluate your content
- how to create content that performs
It wasn't just about understanding social media. It was about being able to use it actively.
We've also run campaigns for Fagbevægelsens Hovedorganisation, so the training was built on experience from exactly the kind of content the participants would be making themselves.

Example: a workshop for estate agents
We've also given talks and workshops for estate agents through Mæglerakademiet, the Danish estate agents' academy, including a full-day workshop on how to execute content that performs in practice.
Here the focus was different: how do you use social media to sell?
Present the property
How to show a property in an attractive way, in a format that suits social media.
Grab attention
How to make content that stops the scroll and gets people watching.
Build a presence
How to build a profile people know and keep coming back to.
Make it part of the strategy
How to integrate social media into the overall sales effort.
It was about making social media an active part of the sales work. The same approach can be used in other industries where employees are the public face of the business.
How a social media talk works – and how to prepare
A good social media talk starts before we're standing in front of the participants. The better we know you, the more precisely we can hit the mark.
Clarification
We talk about who the participants are, what they work on today and what they need to be able to do afterwards. That decides whether it should be a talk, a workshop or a programme.
Tailoring
We put the content together to match your level and industry, and choose examples and cases the participants can recognise themselves in.
Your preparation
Feel free to share examples of your own content, the channels you use and the challenges you face. If participants are going to work hands-on, it's a good idea for them to bring their phones and have access to their own profiles.
On the day
We alternate between inspiration, concrete examples and exercises, so it never becomes a one-way lecture.
From inspiration to action
We always finish with concrete takeaways: ideas, formats and structured ways of working with content that participants can take home and use straight away.
What makes our social media talks different
We don't just stand up and talk about social media. We work with it every day, alongside creators and a long list of brands. That means we can draw on real cases, experience and examples.
We know what works and what doesn't. And we're not afraid to tell it like it is.
Our talks are closely tied to the work we do in creator marketing, UGC, campaign management and social media strategy.
That's also why we can go from inspiration to concrete action: we take what we work with in practice and make it understandable for others.
If you want to see the kind of work we draw on, you'll find examples in our cases.
Frequently asked questions
It depends on your needs. Typically it covers what's happening on social media right now, how to make content in practice, how to build a social media strategy, and how to work with creators and campaigns. We always tailor the content to the participants, so the examples fit their industry and level, and we finish with concrete takeaways.
A talk or keynote gives inspiration and fresh perspectives in a short time. A course, workshop or training programme goes in depth and gives concrete tools, often over several modules or a full day where participants work with content themselves. For example, we ran a 3-month programme of 6 modules for Fagbevægelsens Hovedorganisation, the Danish trade union confederation.
We give talks for marketing teams, companies, students, organisations and partners. Among others, we've spoken at Influenced 2025, at Zealand Business College, for Børns Vilkår and at Mæglerakademiet's SoMe Awardshow, and we've run a full-day workshop for estate agents. The content is tailored to suit the audience in front of us.
Yes. Standing in front of an experienced marketing team is very different from standing in front of a group that doesn't work with social media day to day. That's why we tailor the level, examples, cases and exercises. For beginners, we typically focus on the basics: how the platforms work, how to get started and how to feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Tell us in advance who the participants are, what they work on and what they'd like to be able to do afterwards. Feel free to share examples of your own content and the challenges you face. If it's going to be hands-on, it helps if participants bring their phones and have access to their own profiles, so they can work with their own content straight away.
Yes. Among others, we've given talks at Zealand Business College, and we tailor the content to suit students and their everyday use of social media. We also have experience of reaching young people on TikTok from our campaigns, for example for the Nanoscience degree programme, where the number of admitted students doubled compared with previous years. We bring that experience into our teaching.
The price depends on the scope: whether it's a one-off talk, a workshop or a longer programme over several modules, and how much the content needs to be tailored to your organisation. Get in touch with a short description of the participants and your goals, and we'll come back with a suggested format and a price that fits the job.
