We match your brand with the right creators from our network and run the whole campaign, from strategy and idea to production, paid advertising and evaluation. Creator marketing means partnerships with the content at their centre, and our job is to make it both entertaining and effective.

01

What is creator marketing?

Creator marketing is the partnership between brands and creators in which the content itself is at the centre.

It isn't only about reach, but about making something people actually want to spend time on. The content can be posted on the creator's profile, used in the brand's own channels or turned into ads.

Simply getting a product shown may have worked once. It doesn't any more. Nobody wants ads where it's obvious someone is trying to sell them something, and neither does your audience.

“

Creators can deliver a message so it feels genuine, and at the same time you tap into an audience that already trusts the person behind it.

Creator marketing covers both influencer marketing and UGC.

If you want to understand each term on its own, read our guides to influencer marketing and UGC.

This page is about how we, as an agency, make them work in practice.

02

What does a creator marketing agency do?

Plenty of brands can message a creator directly. The hard part is everything it takes to turn that into a campaign that works. That's what a creator marketing agency takes care of:

Strategy

We start from your business and your goals and work out which platforms, formats and creators make sense.

Casting and creator matching

We find the profiles whose audience, tone and style suit your brand. Relevance beats size. The right creator can make all the difference.

Creative direction

We develop ideas, hooks and formats for the platform, while giving creators room to do it their way.

Production

Sometimes creators film it themselves; other times we handle the idea, direction, filming and editing.

Project management and contracts

We handle briefs, contracts, usage rights, ad labelling, approvals and deadlines, so you're spared the coordination.

Paid advertising and evaluation

We scale the content that works through paid advertising and evaluate the results and the partnership afterwards.

An agency makes particular sense when the campaign involves several creators, when the content has to be posted organically and used in ads, or when you don't have time to coordinate everything yourselves.

It also makes sense if you're new to a platform. Both Lurpak and Ford took their first steps on TikTok with us.

Do you mainly need content for your own ads, or should creators post on their own profiles?

That choice affects both budget and set-up, and we've set out the pros and cons in our guide to UGC vs influencer marketing. The answer often turns out to be a combination.

How we work: from brief to evaluation

  1. 01

    Goals and strategy

Everything starts with the goal. Should we build awareness, shift attitudes or drive sales? We work that out together with you, and it steers the rest of the campaign. See also our page on campaign strategy.

  2. 02

    Pitch and creator matching

We present an idea and a selection of creators from our network who suit the brief and the audience.

  3. 03

    Brief and creative direction

Each creator gets a brief tailored to them. The message and call to action are clear, but the execution is theirs.

  4. 04

    Production and approval

The content is produced, reviewed and adapted to the platform's format before it goes live.

  5. 05

    Launch and testing

The content first runs organically, so we can see what lands. We track performance continuously while the campaign is live.

  6. 06

    Scaling and evaluation

The best content is scaled with ads. Finally, we evaluate the results so the next campaign is even sharper.

Throughout, you have one dedicated contact with us, and we project-manage the campaign from start to finish. Read more about how we do it in practice under campaign management.

04

Creator marketing and paid advertising: content first

Many people still see creator marketing and paid advertising as two different things. We see them as one joined-up effort. Content made by creators feels natural in the feed and stops the scroll, which is exactly what an ad needs.

That's why we almost always recommend starting with content and letting it run organically, typically for 3 to 7 days. That gives a clear picture of which hooks, creators and angles work.

Then we scale the best of it through paid advertising, typically with a lower CPM, higher engagement and better conversions than traditional ads.

  • Spark Ads on TikTok
  • Meta advertising on Instagram and Facebook
  • YouTube advertising
  • Snapchat and other platforms
  • Ads from the brand's own channels and UGC-based ads
“

The classic mistake is to start advertising without knowing whether the content works. Then you're paying to show something that doesn't perform.

Using the same approach, we generated more than 53,100 clicks to dinfagforening.dk for the Danish trade union movement and more than 21,000 clicks to ticket sales for the film Honey.

Results from our campaigns

We've worked with a wide range of brands in Denmark and internationally, including L'Oréal, LEGO, the Danish Cancer Society (Kræftens Bekæmpelse), Tivoli, Armani, Garnier and Just Eat.

What they have in common is that they didn't just want visibility, but content that gets watched and remembered. Two examples:

100M+ reach and 155,000+ videos
For Disney's Aladdin, we created the #FriendsLikeMeChallenge on TikTok with choreography by Nicky Andersen. We started with behind-the-scenes clips from the shoot and then launched the dance. More than 155,000 videos have been made with the hashtag, entirely organically and with no budget for TikTok ads.

Matas wanted to strengthen its relationship with Gen Z and showcase its range online. As a regular partner, we've developed concepts and hand-picked creators, from music videos to comic rap songs and personal recommendations. A single video brought more than 12,000 new followers to Matas' TikTok profile.

Why choose us as your creator marketing agency?

We're not just a creator marketing agency. We're a creative agency working in digital entertainment, and we come from a world where entertainment comes first. So we don't only think marketing; we think about what people actually want to watch.

  • A network of creators we've built up since 2020, one of the largest in Denmark
  • Specialist networks such as Micky Moves for dance and Micky Rising for new profiles
  • Roots in dance and choreography, with a CEO who choreographed for Disney's Aladdin, which is why dance trends are one of our strengths
  • A team with a Head of Talent, campaign managers and a paid social consultant, so creators, execution and paid advertising fit together
  • Experience across industries, from food and retail to cars, film, education and organisations

You can see some of the creators we work with among our talent.

How to choose the right creator marketing agency

Whether you choose us or another agency, there are some questions worth asking before you get started:

  • Can the agency show cases with concrete results that resemble your goals?
  • How do they find creators, and how well do they know them?
  • Do they think in terms of the platform's culture, or reuse the same format everywhere?
  • Can they handle both the creative and the paid advertising, or will you have to connect the two yourselves?
  • Who owns the content, and how are usage rights and ad labelling handled?
  • How do they measure and report, and what do they do with the learnings afterwards?

Not sure where to start? You can always book a free consultation with us. We'll start from your goals and give you an honest view of what creator marketing can do for you.

Frequently asked questions

The price depends on the scope of the campaign: how many creators are involved, how much content needs producing, whether there's paid advertising, and how long the content may be used. A smaller campaign with a few creators can be kept to a manageable budget, while large campaigns across several platforms cost more. We always put together a proposal that suits your goals, so you know what you're getting before you say yes.

In practice they overlap a lot, and many people use the terms for the same thing. An influencer agency has traditionally focused on brokering partnerships with profiles and their reach. A creator marketing agency focuses on the content itself: the idea, the format, and how it performs organically and in ads. We work with both, but we always think content first.

It depends on the job. A simple campaign with a few creators can move quickly from brief to launch, while larger campaigns with production days, events or several waves need more preparation. Once the content is live, we recommend giving it typically 3 to 7 days to run organically before scaling the best of it with ads. Tell us your deadline and we'll put together a realistic plan.

No. A large share of our campaigns run on TikTok, but we also work with Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and Twitch. We choose the platform based on where your audience is and adapt the content to each channel. Paid advertising can run on TikTok, Meta, YouTube and other platforms, depending on what makes most sense for the goal and the audience.

Yes. We suggest a selection of creators from our network who we think suit the brief, and explain why. You have the final say and can add or remove anyone. If you already have profiles you'd like to work with, we can bring them in too. What matters most is that their audience and tone match yours, so the partnership feels credible for both sides.

Yes. We've worked with both Danish and international brands, including L'Oréal, LEGO, Armani, Garnier, Ford and Disney. For Ford we made the brand's first campaign on TikTok, and for Disney we created a dance trend for the film Aladdin. Our network is mainly Danish, so we're especially strong when an international brand wants to reach the Danish market with local creators.
